Hi, I'm Deniese

I research, create and present every bit of this myself.

That includes doing the hands-on research, so you don't have to.

I came to education after a career in the resources industry, starting in vocational training and workplace L&D in 2012. For more than a decade since, I've worked directly with educators and learners to find out what actually keeps people engaged in their learning, and what quietly loses them.

It began with an uncomfortable finding from my doctorate: every educator I studied carried a gap between the practice they believed in and the practice they could actually deliver. I've spent the years since helping close that gap for educators, and their learners, with tested, practical strategies that hold up in real classrooms and real online courses, not just on paper.

Why it's just me you see, and why that matters

When you work with me, you get me. The same person who does the research presents the videos, runs the live sessions, and turns up to the coaching. Your team is never handed between rotating facilitators of varying commitment and quality, and I record every video myself.

But "just me" does not mean small. Behind the scenes I run my own in-house research team testing strategies with control groups and real validation before any of it becomes advice (which I do not know of any other PD provider doing). My work has been drawn on by national bodies including NCVER and ASQA, and my professional development has supported more than 12,000 educators across vocational education, higher education, and workplace L&D. Several large institutions are now into their third and fourth year with me.

In short, you get the trust and consistency of one expert, with the rigour and reach of a serious research operation trusted around the country.

Advisory

Alongside the PD On Demand platform and live sessions, I take on a small number of advisory and working-group engagements each year, helping leadership teams shape the direction of their training and online education.

If that is the kind of input you are after, let's talk.

The best way to get a feel for how I work is simply to talk. Book a quick call, or explore PD On Demand and the Framework to see the thinking in action.
