Guideline on the use of my content
Everything across TeachingOnline.com.au (including my PD video platform and other PD delivery methods) represents years of hands-on research with real educators and real learners across Australia. These resulting videos, frameworks, and tools are shared because I genuinely want to see better outcomes for adult learners, and I trust you to use them in the spirit they're intended.
Paid TeachingOnline.com.au membership or paid attendance at a PD event permits you to watch, learn, and apply these insights directly in your own teaching and training practice. That's exactly what this PD is here for. You're welcome to draw on the templates, exemplars, and ready-to-use tools provided, and to adapt your practice based on what you learn here.
What's not covered:
Delivering or selling PD to others. There's an important distinction between learning from this platform and using it as source material for professional development you deliver or sell to others. Telling your colleagues "Deniese's research changed how I approach this" is great - that's the point. What's not permitted is presenting my specific frameworks, checklists, tools, or research findings as part of your own PD content, training programs, or resources (whether or not you attribute them to me).
If you'd like to incorporate this content into PD you deliver, a licensing arrangement makes that possible. I'd genuinely love to explore that with you.
Sharing access. Each membership is for one individual. Login credentials are not to be shared, and membership cannot be transferred to another person.
Screening content in group settings. Playing my videos in workshops, training sessions, or group settings (even with attribution) is not covered by an individual or team membership. A separate licence is required for that kind of use. Yes, viewing parties are an effective way for teams to build collective momentum around their PD – all I ask is that each person there has a membership.
AI and technology training. This content (including all videos, transcripts, frameworks, written materials, and tools) may not be used to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or automated technologies without a separate explicit written licence. I am developing White Papers and licensing pathways for organisations seeking to use this research and PD insights for that purpose.
Named frameworks including the Intentional Learning Framework™, www-how, RIGOR™, and others remain the intellectual property of Dr Deniese Cox via Praemineo Pty Ltd.
